Ace's Apiary started with a simple idea: take care of the bees, take care of the land. The honey is just a bonus.
We're a woman-owned apiary in Durham, NC, named after our dog, Ace, who has been part of the beekeeping crew since the early apprenticeship days. Today, we harvest just once a year, tend our bees with respect, and produce small batches of raw, unfiltered honey that tastes unmistakably like home. We're in this for the long haul. For the bees, the land, and a community that values connection.
